Live in a stucco home and wanted to bring it out of adobe to a Frank Lloyd Wright feel. This light did just the trick. It gives it a hip, clean feel. I love the way the light shines down below. One thing I am going to have to experiment with is how my sensor accesory is going to work that detects when it gets dark. That might be the only drawback. I left mine the cream color that it came with. It's nice that you can paint it down the line if needed. This was a very good buy and purchase. Wonderfully fast shipping!

I needed a wall sconce that directed light downward instead of up. This is a sleek, simple profile that looks good with any kind of style.....Can be painted. It is ADA compliant,so would be good in commercial corridors....

Fixture arrived in good condition, shipping was earlier than promised date -- well packed in lots of bubble wrap. A simple design, the fixture works well for our application -- a porch light over the door. I am using a 14-watt screw-in compact fluorescent lamp, works fine and fits in fixture without a problem (make sure if you use a fluorescent that it is rated for cold weather starting).

Overall we are very pleased with this purchase.
