The only complaint I have is that I was told at the time I ordered this chandelier that would take a couple weeks to receive and it took nearly two months. However, it is quite beautiful and well worth the wait. I feel as though I'm living in a castle! Oh, and it might be a good idea to also mention to buyers that it is a very heavy chandelier that needs to be supported by studs. I wouldn't recommend that a homeowner attempt to install it themselves (which is what I tried to do at first!). You would be wise to hire an electrician and then you'll be a happy camper.
