This is a beautiful lamp. I purchased two for my master bedroom end tables. I purchased the lighter shade but may in the future go for the darker shade as it would appear even richer with the copper base. Considering adding two additional lamps to my home from the Mica Lamp Company in the near future.

God only knows why it took so long for Coppersmith to fabricate--4 months--but it is PERFECT in the Arts & Crafts interior we designed for a client. Personally, we find most Tiffany-style stained glass designs either too busy, trite, or gaudy. The almond mica lamp shade does not detract from the large, antique oil painting nearby & effectively works as a reading light using 60w bulbs. Pricey, but very high quality. In spite of the grief, Lighting Universe was great to work with & would purchase through them again.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
